FINANCING STATEMENTS
 
The Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court has the necessary forms to record a financing statement. Complete the necessary forms and have all signatures acknowledged by a notary public or Deputy Clerk of Circuit Court. Include $20 for the filing fee, $2 to certify a copy of the form to be returned to you, and 50 cents for each page to be copied. If you are mailing the form, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
